Freedom is the oxygen of the soul.

Happy Wednesday, June 13th, 2018!
June 13 is the 164th day of the year (165th in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar. There are 201 days remaining until the end of the year.
It is a rainy spring day here in New York and as I sit down to begin today's blog, I'm listening to Betty Buckley's latest CD, Hope.
In a word, it is sublime.
I was lucky enough to attend Betty's sold out concert at Joe's Pub Saturday night. I have seen Betty several times in concerts and in shows.
She, too me, is a consummate entertainer and every song is a three-act play. Get this CD. You will thank me. She is off soon to begin the National tour of Hello, Dolly! I'm anxious to see her interpretation of Dolly.
I'll be heading to Cincinnati in October to experience this. I will keep you posted.
I'm focusing on those things that make my life beautiful and the one thing that makes my life beautiful is music. I celebrate the artists mentioned in today's blog and I hope you will to.
Go see them! If you cannot, treat a friend. Let's ALL strive to make our lives and life on this planet beautiful by supporting each other.
Grow everyday on your path to personal excellence. Join a community that'll support you on your road to success, helping you get where you want to be, do and have in life.
We are halfway through 2018. The mid-point of the year is a good time to take stock of what is working and what isn't - in your life.

A Few Audience Testimonials about Richard Skipper Celebrates
Hi Richard :-)
LOVED your birthday show for Russ!! You were so funny with the
little boy - was any of that planned? He was so cute!
Also, it's nice to see you performing as yourself - you really sparkle -
ENJOYABLE!!!
:-) Sheree Sano
We saw Richard Skipper Celebrates on April 8th and loved it. Richard's guests were wonderful (there was a wide variety of performers, songs, styles, and many great stories), his band was terrific, and Richard was so warm and inviting. He made us feel part of something very special. Loved the way he incorporated the NY newbie Kristina, an audience member, into the show - genius! Looking forward to the next time!

I had the pleasure of being a part of Richard Skipper's Birthday celebration for John Kander. What I
noticed immediately was the amount of passion Richard has for what he does! You are guaranteed a great time if you go to one of his shows. So go!
